We know that sometimes life gets in the way of being here for your appointment in the ideal way. We have some important information to share with you regarding our policies and fees. CANCELLATIONS

 

All appointment cancellations or change of service require a minimum amount of notice or will incur a fee.

 

New Extension Installation

Minimum 72 hours’ notice; $300 fee

 

Extension Move Up

Minimum 72 hours’ notice; $100 fee

 

Color Appointment

Minimum 72 hours’ notice; $50 fee

 

 

MATTING/DETANGLING

 

Hair Extensions require proper home maintenance. If it takes longer than the average time to remove your extensions at your Move Up visit, you will incur a $200 initial charge, then an additional $200/hour charge for removal. Failure to improve home care may result in dismissal as an extension guest.

 

 

LATE ARRIVAL

 

Our appointments are scheduled with specific time constraints. We understand that sometimes things just happen. Please notify us if you’re going to be a few minutes late, but understand that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you and will reschedule for another date. Consistent late or missed appointments will result in dismissal from our guest book.
